Kos
We went to the Greek island of Kos, where Huseyin's friend Niko took us to Hippocrates' Hospital.
Then we went to the Hippocratic Foundation.
Then Niko's wife Athena took us on a walk around the town of Kos.
This is a famous tree called Platanosh which is more than 2000 years old!
Then we ate at Athena's sister's restaurant. Yummy!!
And finally we walked by the sea back to the boat.

Datca
We traveled to the Datca Peninsula (the south western tip of the country). First we got to Datca by boat:
Then we visited Knidos, where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean, and we saw the ruins of the ancient city.
Despite the undeniable beauty of the Aegean, the water of the Mediterranean was so much warmer, Abuela and Mami loved it!!!
Then we drove to Marmaris, and from there we took another boat to Cleopatra Island. This beach was an absolute favorite!!! Sandy beach, comfortable stair to the warm water, and awesome view combining beach, sea, and mountain. Awesome! Unfortunately it appears that everybody was having so much fun in the water that nobody took pictures of this beach! But here are some pics of the boat trip.
